About Michael Egan

Alongside his physiotherapy training, Michael worked as an Athletic Therapist, delivering injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a variety of sporting populations. His own involvement in GAA, rugby, strength training, and endurance activities gives him a strong understanding of the physical demands placed on active individuals. He enjoys working with recreational and competitive athletes to support injury recovery, optimise performance, and reduce the risk of future injury.

Michael’s clinical approach is centred on thorough assessment, clear communication, and collaborative goal setting. He believes in empowering patients through education and tailored rehabilitation programmes, helping them take an active role in their recovery and return to the highest level of function, whether that means getting back to daily life, work, sport, or achieving new performance goals.
