Bebhinn studied physiotherapy at the University of Ulster and graduated in 2014.

Since then she has worked predominantly in private practice and with international sports teams.

Her work has taken her around the world from New Zealand where she worked for 3 years and most recently to London before returning to her native Galway.

Background

from the beginning

Bebhinn’s professional philosophy is to empower clients and put them in the driving seat, working together to find the most direct path from pain, back to the things that they love the most.
Bebhinn enjoys the clinical side of private practice and her sporting background is mostly in rugby where she has worked with Ulster Rugby, the IRFU and school academies.
She is currently the lead physio to the Irish Women’s Hockey Team in conjunction with her role here at West Coast Physio. This role means that she is regularly working in the Institute of Sport where she is liaising with healthcare practitioners of all disciplines. She is also regularly travelling around the world with the Irish Hockey team at tournaments overseas.
