Post-Partum Checks: A Vital Step in Recovery

Post-partum checks are essential for ensuring complete physical recovery after childbirth. At West Coast Physio our physios will give you a bespoke plan based on your individual presentation and designed to meet your goals and fit your lifestyle.  Postpartum assessment can be carried from 6 weeks after birth. However if you are struggling with debilitating pain or symptoms in the first six weeks please contact us and we can provide a modified assessment.

Post-Partum Check Ups are 75 minutes in duration and will be reduced from €150 to €120 for the initial consultation. Pelvic Health Follow-Ups or standard appointments will be 60 minutes in duration and will cost €100.

Community or home visits will cost €150. 

Please note that we are not trained in providing physiotherapy intervention for men’s health.
