Just been for my second visit to West Coast Physio, the first being 4 months ago. This time it was an Achilles problem and again I was mega impressed with Leah's knowledge, professionalism and treatment. She showed me exercises and preventive measures, explained why they worked, emailed me a program including videos, and gave me a very thorough massage that greatly relieved tightened calf muscles. I can't recommend Leah at West Coast Physio enough! She is an incredible specialist with a wealth of knowledge and a truly kind and caring approach. I came to her with persistent neck and back pain, and she not only provided effective treatment that brought me relief but also gave me tailored exercises to do at home. I have been going to Turlough at West Coast Physio since December. I had horrible nerve pain and couldn't walk straight. Turlough took me the same day for an appointment as I was in so much pain and I'm so grateful he did. From the first session my condition improved and last week I started working on prevention  of these episodes of back pain. I had reason to attend this practice for 2 separate neck and back injuries over the past year, being treated for each injury by their physio team members, Beibhinn and Leah, respectively. As a fellow healthcare professional, in being a GP myself, I found both physios to be extremely professional and highly knowledgeable in dealing with each of my injuries. I received very effective hands-on treatment, as well as clear and easy follow rehab exercises from both practitioners, with both of my issues being resolved following two treatment visits on each occasion. In addition, access to appointments was very quick and straightforward, and the reception staff were also very courteous. I cannot recommend West Coast Physio highly enough!
Turlough O’hEocha took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and created a personalized treatment plan that was both effective and easy to follow. He is nice and very professional, explaining every step of the process in a way that made me feel confident and informed.
The exercises and treatments not only alleviated my pain but also helped me regain strength and mobility faster than I expected.
The atmosphere is nice and the receptionist is lovely easy to talk to and helpful with accommodating the appointments or answering any queries.
If you are looking for a good physiotherapist West Coast Physio is definitely the place!
