Had a few sessions with Turlough after I sustained a sports rib injury. He was very professional and friendly, instantly managed to pin point my injury and began to help me recover. He gave me a few exercises after each session which were demonstrated by him and a very helpful app which had an exercise programme tailored to my injury. Could not recommend him enough!

Wonderful staff who are deeply knowledgeable into the works of physiotherapy and rehabilitation, and who cater to individual clientele. I came to West Coast Physio with a series of questions/problems, and Turlough was happy to listen to me and guide me through rehabilitation through various exercises and hands-on work. I haven't had a headache in weeks (which is a first in 10+ years). Generally friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Highly recommend.

These guys helped me to get rid of an issue with my shoulder that had been bothering me for over a year and which two previous physios couldn’t fix. Turlough gave me exercise routine that was quick and didn’t feel like a massive chore, he’s very informative and really friendly.
